About the Department
The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, founded in 2008, is dedicated to shaping skilled engineers with a strong societal commitment. It offers a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering with an intake of 60 students and a Master of Engineering in Applied Electronics with an intake of 18 students.
With cutting-edge laboratories in VLSI, Embedded Systems, Communication Systems, and Digital Signal Processing, the department provides hands-on learning. Facilities like the J C Bose Research Laboratory, Tesla Tech Hub, and industry-supported labs such as Intel Intelligent Systems, Retech IoT, and Tessolve Semiconductor Laboratory further enhance technical expertise.
A team of experienced faculty guides students in research and innovation. Active participation in Fuerza, IEEE, IETE, ISTE, IEI, and CSI ensures industry exposure and professional skill development.
